Pre-employment Assessments We provide a system which swiftly lets you know who is fit and who needs further investigation. We provide advice as to whether any adjustments are needed under the Disability Discrimination Act 1995. You will know the result of any Assessment on the day we receive the questionnaire or see the potential employee. In urgent cases we can arrange to see a candidate straight away.

Occupational Health (OH) can work alongside your existing Human Resource / Managerial Function and assist in the devising of rehabilitation / job role adjustments. This would include advice on various types of "gradual return to work" and multi tasking roles to facilitate a successful return to work.

We advise on appropriate rehabilitation, phased returns or redeployment if applicable.

The aim of the report is to enable you to move forwards and resolve the situation rather than replicate information you already know.
